The origins of Haglöfs: from rucksacks to international outdoor gear specialist
The first outdoor products that we saw from Haglöfs were all manufactured in Sweden back in 1914, when Wiktor Haglöf started producing rucksacks. Skip forward a number of years and Haglöfs as before a large manufactures of outdoor gear and clothing that still maintain their founders original values: premium quality, particular attention to choice of material, sturdy construction and great durability. Over the years Haglöfs has continued to innovate its products and expand their ranges to include everything from backpacks to ski clothing.

Building upon its earlier successes, the past two decades have seen Haglöfs successfully developing footwear and outdoor apparel ranges.
