The Almanac from K2 Snowboard opens a new chapter in the Volume Shift™ range. Designed to cover the entire resort, this all-mountain board favours precise turns, smooth transitions, and dynamic riding on all terrains.
Its wider Directional shape allows for reducing the length by about 5 cm compared to your usual size, while maintaining excellent stability and limiting the risk of toe or endpiece contact with the snow. Its camber underfoot, combined with raised contact points at the nose and tail, offers a behaviour that is both grippy, forgiving, and manoeuvrable.
The BAP core, made of bamboo, poplar, and paulownia, provides responsiveness and durability, while the biaxial fibreglass balances torsional flexibility and stability. The Carbon Backbone™ enhances dynamism and delivers a crisp pop for ollies and bursts of energy. Its Sintered 4000 base ensures fast and long-lasting glide, while the Hybritech™ construction reduces weight and rotational inertia to improve manoeuvrability. Additional inserts at the front also allow the bindings to be set back to improve floatation in powder.
