The Alp Tracks 106 are touring skis from Movement.
The new version of the Alp Tracks range has been completely revisited to prioritise higher performance quality. The skis from the Alp Tracks range are handmade and limited edition so they are truly a rare gem.
This year, Movement is back with a pair of skis that offer increased manoeuvrability, stability and lightness thanks to the Full carbon construction. These exceptional skis are a combination of what Movement does best: an ultra-lightweight Paulownia wood core, and a rubber and fibreglass insert with VA-TECH technology to absorb vibration. In addition, the DPR Ti brings sturdiness to the bindings to anchor the screws perfectly and the high-quality P-Tex 5000 base ensures an incredible gliding quality.
The Alp Tracks 106 are the widest skis from the range, making them the ultimate freetouring skis. For such a wide ski, these skis are ridiculously lightweight. They will serve you very well on the ascent and be totally unfazed by very long slopes... but the descent is really where they shine. You're guaranteed to get lift and tilt with the large tip and its progressive double rocker. With the 106mm side cut, you can still get great lift in deep powder. The Shock absorber technology provides all the necessary cushioning for you to stay focused on your trajectory when descending on all types of terrain more comfortably. The advanced materials used will make all the difference in providing great grip and stability.
They are an expert in freetouring and are perfect for those who favour a high-quality performance on the descent and want to use them all over the mountain.
