Used in conjunction with an avalanche transceiver and a shovel, it is an essential piece of equipment for mountaineers and rescuers. This probe is made of aluminium, measuring 260 cm in length with a diameter of 12.5 mm and weighing 300 g. The probe features the Speed Cone system which allows for rapid deployment. It also has a secure and quick locking system once extended. The probe is graduated in centimetres, enabling the reading of the burial depth of the victim and the profiling of the snow. Finally, it includes a compact attachment elastic loop for optimal retention in your pack.
