All-mountain ski pack - Unisex -
The Blaze 86 is an all-mountain ski from the brand Völkl, designed for intermediate skiers who want to venture off-piste from time to time.
Its ultra-light Multilayer Woodcore Light construction, made from a blend of poplar and beech wood, ensures stability at high speeds while keeping the weight low. Thanks to its brand new innovation, the 3D.Radius Sidecut, which gives the ski 3 different turn radii, you can link long, fast turns and short, controlled, stable ones with ease. The Full Sidewall provides strong and direct power transmission.
The double rocker offers great manoeuvrability and its innovation Suspension Tips & Tails acts as a shock absorber to ensure excellent resistance in challenging snow conditions as well as optimised flotation. The P-Tex 2100 base, made of high-density sintered polyethylene with a high molecular weight, delivers high durability and exceptional glide, perfect for straight runs through powder fields.
The Blaze 86, more manoeuvrable than its big brother the Blaze 94 and with more flotation than the Blaze 82, is an all-mountain ski that will allow you to ski off-piste while maintaining good edge grip on groomed slopes!
This model is delivered and mounted with Marker Squire 11 TCX D bindings.
The lightweight Triple Pivot Light toe features a distinctive Ice Off rail that prevents snow from building up under the boot sole. The state-of-the-art Hollow Linkage heel piece has a widened boot support that reduces stepping-in effort by about 35%, even with GripWalk® soles.

| MULTILAYER WOODCORE LIGHT | The edge is laminated onto extremely stable layers of wood. This, combined with a more flexible and lighter wood inserted at the core of the construction, offers numerous advantages. The hardwood section immediately adjacent to the edge provides high power transmission, improves edge grip, and supports the sides against external impacts. The reduced weight of the softer wood in the ski’s centre ensures greater agility and better manoeuvrability, while reducing the overall ski weight. |
| P-TEX 2100 | High-density sintered polyethylene base with a high molecular weight offering excellent durability and outstanding glide. |
| SUSPENSION TIPS AND TAIL | Elastic TPU inserts on the edges of the tip and endpiece act as shock absorbers when the ski contacts the snow under windy conditions or snow compacted by grooming machines. Their elasticity absorbs impacts, ensuring greater stability and unobstructed floatation. |
| 3D RADIUS SIDECUT | Use of a long radius at the tip and endpiece for wide, high-speed turns. The tip resists well at high speed and there is no radius limitation on turn exit for easier handling. The shorter radius is used for smaller turns at medium speed. This allows easy turn initiation, exceptional agility, and especially less effort on short turns. |
