60 days to change your mindThe Float 22 Black from BCA is a 22-litre airbag backpack designed for backcountry, freeride, heliskiing, and snowmobiling. Compact and lightweight, it allows you to carry the essentials for a day in the mountains with a separate safety compartment for the shovel and probe, diagonal ski carry, vertical snowboard carry, a removable helmet net, and straps for poles and ice axes.
The Float 22 features the Float 2.0 airbag from BCA, with a volume of 150 litres, designed to keep you on the surface in case of an avalanche while protecting the head and neck. The cartridge and airbag are housed in a separate compartment to preserve the main space. The pack also includes padded shoulder straps, an ergonomic waist belt, and a back panel for comfortable carrying.
Compatible with hydration systems and the BC Link radio, the Float 22 is a compact solution for demanding mountain outings.
WARNING: the cylindrical Float cartridge required for the airbag to function is sold separately. Refilling of this cylinder is done through the BCA brand and its partners.
