Alpine touring ski bindings -
The Freeraider 14 SL Black from the brand ATK Bindings is a ski touring binding designed for demanding skiers seeking precision and reliability, both uphill and downhill.
Its Speed toe piece features a hybrid mounting system that enhances downhill performance and an ergonomic lever for easy transitions. The Snowpack Proof system limits snow and ice build-up under the locking mechanism. The heel piece integrates the Elastic Response System (ERS), which promotes the ski’s natural flex and ensures precise release. The Auto Brake system allows quick switching from climb to descent mode via rotation of the binding head.
The Magneto heel risers offer two climbing heights and are easily operated with poles. Made from 7075 aluminium, POM and stainless steel, the Freeraider 14 SL features a DIN range from 7 to 14, 25 mm length adjustment and a 14 mm elastic heel piece. A robust and versatile solution for the most demanding ski touring routes!

| ALUMINIUM 7075 | Aluminium 7075 (or Alu 7075) is an alloy used in aerospace for its good anodising capabilities and excellent machinability. It can also be used for screws, tooling soles, and certain sports equipment (bindings, mountaineering carabiners, ...). |
| POM | Polyoxymethylene (POM), also known as acetal, polyacetal, and polyformaldehyde, is a technical thermoplastic used in precision parts requiring high rigidity, low friction, and excellent dimensional stability. |
| MAGNETO HEEL FLAPS SYSTEM® | This technology significantly increases comfort and transition speed between walking modes: 2 magnetic flaps provide up to 5 walking positions and can be activated with the tip of the pole, thus reducing the risk of losing balance on steeper slopes. |
| SNOWPACK PROOF SYSTEM® | This technology prevents ice build-up and associated toe blockages, even after multiple ascents, and significantly reduces snow accumulation on the toe, thus ensuring optimal lightness throughout all phases of use. |
| ELASTIC RESPONSIVE SYSTEM® | A spring is inserted between the endpiece/hinge mount slider and the adjustment screw. If the ski flexes under compression (bump, jump), the endpiece/hinge mount can move and return to position at the end of the stress, without unintended release. |
| AUTO BRAKE SYSTEM® | Only one hand is needed to operate the stop-ski. By rotating the binding head 180 degrees, the stop-ski activates and the binding switches from ascent mode to descent mode; then you just have to step in and enjoy. Likewise, a further rotation and pressing the shoe heel on the rear plate locks the stop-ski and starts the climb. |
| RELEASE ADJUSTMENT TOE PIECE® | Personalised adjustment of the release on the front part of the binding. |
