The construction Rectangular Full Sidewall further improves edge grip, precision, balance and power, thanks to a horizontal layer of base material combined with full-length vertical sidewalls.
The ski uses a core of poplar and beech wood, reinforced with a full layer of Titanal. This combination provides exceptional power and stability, crucial for slalom performance, allowing maximum recovery of energy and power when cornering.
L'Oversized Sidecut is a technology that combines a carving ski cut with significant width underfoot, offering increased precision and excellent grip, as well as greater stability and control. The Cascade Tip reduces the inertia and weight of the tip thanks to successive layers of metal and fibreglass, improving the ski's responsiveness and torsion control for precise steering.
The ski is also equipped with a Slalom Tip Protectora plastic protection designed to absorb the violent impacts of slalom gates, extending the life of the ski. The LCT Technology (Line Control Technology) incorporates a central rail running the entire length of the ski, eliminating counter-flexion for optimum stability and dynamic turn control, while delivering power and energy in all conditions.
Designed for ski racers, the binding SPX 18 Rockerace is based on World Cup styles. Its extremely long elastic travel ensures excellent retention, instant power transfer and superior shock absorption. It is only compatible with ISO 5355 A ski boots and skis fitted with an R22 plate.
