Description

The Mini IPS is an ultra-compact Pieps is an ultra-compact avalanche transceiver designed to offer maximum security without compromising on performance, for novices and experts alike who prefer lightness and high technology.

Its compact size and featherweight (158g including batteries) make it easy to keep in your pocket. This East avalanche transceiver is equipped with theInterference Protection System (IPS)System, an innovative system that ensures maximum signal stability when transmitting and protects the device from interference, guaranteeing optimum power to maximise your chances of being located. This technology, combined with the excellent quality of the signal processing, means that Directional indications are reliable and consistent, even in critical situations. Fitted with an Adjustable Dynamic Bandwidth (50, 35, and 20 metres), Scope offers a maximum range of 50 metres for initial sounding.

The Mini IPS is also equipped withAutomatic Search-to-Send (Auto-Revert) , which automatically switches the avalanche transceiver to transmit mode after a period of inactivity using a movement sensor. This function Ghost Signal Elimination function filters out interference signals from non-DVA sources, making it easier to find the signal you are looking for. The user experience is optimized by the East function. Search Assist Plusfunction, a visual aid displayed at the top of the Lens that indicates the correct search speed. This pictographic guidance indicates whether to accelerate, slow down in a controlled manner, or lower the machine towards the snow, ensuring that the correct pace is maintained in both the Beginner search phase and the Fine search phase.

The device also incorporates a quick and reliable group check function, enabling all the group's avalanche transceivers to be tested before setting off, with a check distance that can be adjusted to 3 metres via theApplication PIEPS. Food/power supply is Belayer by two AAA batteries (minimum life of 300 hours with alkaline batteries and 400 hours with lithium batteries). What's more, thanks to connectivity Bluetooth and the Application PIEPS, software updates can be installed, individual adjustments managed, and complete control of the device can be achieved, Belayer ensuring that the Mini IPS East is always up to date and ready to use. Additional features, such as the extinction Abseil and switch locking mechanism, reinforce the operational reliability of this ultra-compact, sophisticated avalanche transceiver.

Interference Protection System (IPS) Unique technology that compensates for the influence of electronic and metallic interference on the transmitting device by analysing and adapting to the source of the interference. Belayer provides maximum signal stability and reliable protection against electronic interference in transmit mode. Allows you to compensate for a large proportion of interference, but a minimum distance from potential sources of interference is recommended: 20 cm in transmit mode and 50 cm in search mode.
Search Assist Plus Visual aid with pictographic instructions for choosing the right search speed. A small figure icon on the Lens indicates the speed of movement (accelerate, slow down in a controlled manner, or lower the device). Makes searching more intuitive, fluid and controlled, helping Beginners and professionals alike to keep up the pace.
