The Hovercraft 2.0 2025 from the Jones brand is a benchmark in freeride snowboarding.

What sets it apart is the extreme lift it offers in powder snow. Its name Hovercraft is proof enough that it slides along the surface of the powder. This new version 2.0 has been slightly redesigned to offer more aggressive corner entry and improved glide.

Its Directional Rockerprofile, a very pronounced front rocker and a weaker rocker at the rear, allows your centre of gravity to be at the rear to push the tail into the snow and so feel unparalleled agility. The 3D Base Contour 3.0 technology curves the tips upwards, further enhancing the sensation of flying above the snow. Finally, its width at the waist is substantial with no less than 260 mm.

Powder isn't the only area where theHovercraft 2.0 excels. Featuring serrated Traction Tech 3.0edges, edge/snow contact points are multiplied and ensure reliable grip on packed snow. Add to that a layer of Biax Fiberglass that offers excellent energy redistribution when tensioned, the rigid 7/10 flex and the Progressive Sidecut curve radius (9 m in size 156 cm), and you've got a board capable of stringing together carved turns ad infinitum!
