Made from highly durable and lightweight Dyneema® fabric, the Pack Patrol Ultralight E2 25 Kit is equipped with the electric airbag system Alpride Airbag System E2. This system is smaller and lighter than its predecessor, the E1 system, which leaves more room in the backpack to carry all your essentials. This allows Scott to offer a backpack weighing only 1920 g with the complete system (780 g without the system).
The Alpride Airbag system ensures a fast and reliable airbag deployment thanks to its supercapacitor technology. Rechargeable with two AA batteries, this technology is removable and can be very easily taken out when not needed to save weight and space in the pack. With a 3-month autonomy, it also features an LCD screen showing the charge level of the supercapacitors and the battery power. You can access the avalanche deployment pocket on the left shoulder strap.
Light yet durable, the Pack Patrol Ultralight E2 25 Kit is a very practical pack. Thanks to its 25 L volume, large main compartment, and internal pockets, you will have enough space to carry everything you need for your outings. Additionally, the Pack Patrol Ultralight E2 25 Kit features a separate pocket for the shovel, probe, and first aid kit, a removable ski carry system, an ice axe/pole holder, as well as a removable helmet holder. Finally, the adjustable chest strap includes an emergency whistle in case of need.
