The Prodigy Jr 2025 is an on-piste ski from the brand Faction designed for young skiers who already have some level of skill.
The skis in the Prodigy range are intended for all-mountain use but feature certain freestyle or freeride specifics depending on the model. All Prodigy skis are built the same way and with the same technologies. They feature two rockers at the tips which provide good performance and excellent manoeuvrability on all types of snow, both forwards and backwards. Only the core and the sidecuts vary from one model to another.
The Prodigy Jr 2025 is equipped with an extremely lightweight Polyfly foam core that reduces vibrations, allowing young riders to ski effortlessly. The sidecuts ensure that the young skier can turn and stop with ease. Finally, the 2.5 mm XL edges provide the ski with increased durability.

At Faction, three binding mount options are available, from the most forward to the most rearward: Newschool / Progressive / Classic. By default, mounts are done according to the brand’s recommendations, namely Progressive on Dancer, Agent, Prodigy and La Machine; Newschool on Studio.

| XL edges 2.5 mm | The 2.5 mm edges are 35% thicker than the standard 1.8 mm edges, which are already very durable. The addition of steel allows riders to have a ski that will better withstand the “aggressions” linked to certain practices. |
