Designed for advanced snowboarders, the Passport from K2 Snowboard is a board crafted to explore all terrains with precision and confidence.
Its Directional shape features an 8 mm taper and a slightly wider waist width than average, providing greater float in deep snow while making edge-to-edge transitions easier. Its elongated rocker profile, extending from the front inserts to the tip of the nose, enhances flotation and facilitates turn initiation.
The multi-radius sidecut combines shorter radii at the extremities with a longer radius between the bindings: the Passport naturally initiates turns while maintaining a smooth, progressive, and predictable ride. The construction is based on a lightweight A1 core, made from three sustainably sourced wood species. It is wrapped in a ICG™ 10 Triax fiberglass, which boosts responsiveness along the entire length of the board and ensures precise pressure transmission to the edges.
Finally, its fast and durable 4000 sintered base guarantees excellent glide quality. Whether in the trees or in the chutes, the Passport provides the control needed to push the limits of your playground.

What makes Hybritech™ so revolutionary is the removal of all excess material on the edges at the extremities (tip and endpiece) and the addition of a 3D cap construction; this strengthens the bond with the fibreglass while reducing the board's rotational inertia (swing weight). | A1 CORE | Light, lively, and durable, our A1 Core is made from three renewable wood species: bamboo, trembling poplar, and paulownia. We favour trembling poplar for its liveliness and responsiveness, combined with bamboo laid at a 30° angle underfoot to reinforce the structure, energise edge-to-edge transfer, and optimise pressure distribution along the edge. Finally, we integrate paulownia (a lightweight wood) at the extremities to reduce rotational inertia. |
