Designed for hikers and mountaineers, this backpack weighs only 480 g without the airbag and is made from ALUULA Graflyte fabric, a single hydro-repellent, durable and recyclable material, known for its exceptional resistance and lightness. Additionally, the ultralight shoulder straps and the ergonomic waist belt ensure comfortable and balanced carrying throughout your outing.
On the protection side, its ARVA REACTOR 2.0 system, a double airbag totalling 150 litres, optimises buoyancy and effectively protects the head in case of an avalanche. Furthermore, the low-profile airbag system compartment allows for more space for the rest of your gear while protecting you once under the snow.
On the practical side, this backpack offers quick frontal access to the main compartment and numerous storage options, including two large pockets on the waist belt and an expandable pocket for a flask or 500 ml bottle. Finally, you can attach ice axes and skis to your airbag backpack when you don’t need to carry them, while Daisy Chains compatible with an Arva helmet holder (sold separately) are there for transporting your essentials within easy reach.

| REACTOR AIRBAG | The Reactor airbag system was developed to prioritise three essential criteria: weight, practicality, and comfort. This backpack features a double airbag with a total volume of 150 litres, combined with a dual inflation system. The shape and positioning of the airbags have been designed to maximise the uplift effect in an avalanche. The inflation system has been engineered to offer a compact and lightweight product (650 g), while optimising performance in real situations. All these innovations are protected by three patent filings. The Reactor system can be detached from the backpack to be transferred to another compatible pack. |
