Description

The Proxim D3O Black from the brand Cairn is a flexible and adjustable protective short designed to provide cushioning for impacts to the coccyx, hips and thighs in the event of a fall.

These shorts feature a plate D30® on the thighs, a material composed of floating molecules that form a protective shell, dispersing energy for better shock absorption. A removable polycarbonate plate on the coccyx will guarantee you optimal protection in the event of a rear fall. What's more, with stretchy, breathable material, you'll enjoy great comfort that adapts to your body shape, as well as optimal breathability throughout your sessions.

D30® The D30® is used in many high-risk sports such as motorcycling, Alpine skiing and mountain biking. It's a material made from floating molecules that gather together when hit to create a shell that disperses energy for better protection against impacts. Once the shock has passed, the molecules return naturally to their "floating" position and the plate regains its flexibility and protection.
