Description

The RB4470 Sand Black brand's sunglasses Ray-Ban are ideal for a day out in town.

Polarized polycarbonate lenses offer Category 3 protection with 15% light transmission. They effectively reduce glare caused by reflections on shiny surfaces such as tarmac or shop windows, whilst enhancing contrast and colour perception for optimal visual comfort in bright sunlight. Their shatterproof construction ensures excellent impact durability, making them ideal for daily use.

The frame is made from Peek, a sturdy yet lightweight material that ensures comfort and durability. The arms are non-slip, as is the nose bridge, ensuring a secure fit even when you’re walking briskly through town.

These glasses combine style, performance and comfort, making them the perfect elegant companion for your city outings.

POLYCARBONATE The lenses are manufactured from shatterproof polycarbonate. They are ten times more resistant to impacts than plastic or glass lenses and offer an extremely high level of protection.
Polarized Lenses Glare is caused by what is known as polarized light. This indirect light comes from the sun reflecting off a shiny surface such as water or snow. Polarized lenses combat this glare from the sun by blocking the dazzling rays whilst allowing the light that carries information to pass through, much like a Venetian blind. They also enhance contrast and colour.
