The edge banding is laminated onto extremely stable layers of wood. This, combined with a more flexible and lighter wood inserted at the centre of the Construction, offers numerous advantages. The hardwood part immediately adjacent to the edge ensures high power transfer, improves edge grip and protects the sides from outer impacts. The reduced weight of the softwood part in the centre of the ski ensures greater agility and better handling, whilst reducing the ski’s overall weight. |

| This system allows skiers to decide for themselves, depending on the situation, in which direction to attach and remove the skins. A regular carabiner at the rear end of the ski allows the skin to be attached and detached from the back. The cover can also be fitted and removed quickly and easily from the front. The elastic carabiner is easy to grip even when wearing gloves. A slight indentation at the tip of the ski helps guide the Hook sideways and prevents it from accidentally releasing the skin whilst walking. |
