First of all, you need good insulation, which is the role of the Thermaplush™ layer that will provide warmth, the B-Tek™ foam lining will offer the comfort you need during your outings, and the B-Tek™ Heat technology will provide high breathability. The windproof effect is ensured by the Diamond Net insulation. A sprayed aluminium membrane is also present to increase warmth, not forgetting the Hydromax™ layer and its excellent moisture regulation.
The Snow Monster performs well and feels comfortable on all terrains. The outsole block plays a major role, as it ensures grip and facilitates your progress. To meet this essential need, Baffin has opted for a rubber sole that maximises traction on ice and snow. Foot movement is eased by the EVA midsole, and the arctic rubber shell forms a true barrier against shocks and the elements. This allows you to stay outside for hours without fearing the cold and increases the shoe's durability.
End result: the Snow Monster has all the qualities to take you to the ends of the earth, regardless of weather conditions, while keeping you warm and dry.
