Description

The Superwolf Carbon 2027 is a unisex touring ski from the brand Majesty.

The Superwolf sits at the heart of Majesty's touring range. More versatile than its junior model, it is a perfect ski for pushing the adventure a little further. Here in its carbon version, it is even more powerful and grippy without any compromise on weight, quite the opposite!

With a slightly wider profile and a more generous rocker, it adapts very well to various conditions, whether in deep snow or steep couloirs. Weighing around 1200 g per ski at 172 cm, it is very light and allows for consecutive ascents without exhaustion.

In terms of construction, it retains a lightweight and responsive paulownia core reinforced by a layer of carbon/kevlar. Its rather stiff flex combined with the directional shape and an endpiece featuring a slight rocker provides stability at high speeds and excellent performance when skiing more challenging variable snow. You will also notice its manoeuvrability in narrow passages.

The Superwolf Carbon will be the ideal ski for your ski touring or ski mountaineering outings. Its lightness helps to tackle elevation gains effortlessly while remaining performant on the descent.

CORE Paulownia wood for lightness and responsiveness.
CARBON/KEVLAR

Aramid (Kevlar) is a synthetic polymer woven into fabric. Used in ski construction, it provides strength and acts as a shock absorber. Combined with carbon, which ensures rigidity and torsion, this type of laminate offers top-level stability, performance, and weight reduction.

CUT-OFF-TAIL Reduced endpiece length and a rearward skier position for faster and more versatile skis.
FAST BASE Bases are made from P-Tex (polyethylene plastic). Most base materials are followed by a number. This number refers to the molecular weight of the polyethylene. The higher the number, the higher the molecular weight of the P-Tex, indicating a better and more durable base. Majesty uses a high-quality IS 7200 base.
TEXTOLITE PLATE

A reinforcement sheet (fibreglass fabric impregnated with epoxy) layered above the core to support the central part of the ski.

FRONT ROCKER

The rocker is the curve of the front or rear part of the ski when viewed from the side. In other words, the rocker refers to the arched section of the ski that extends from the contact point with the surface to the tip or rear end. Depending on the length and shape of the rocker, it can be called an automatic rocker, flat camber rocker, or elliptical rocker. The rocker facilitates spins in powder and provides a feeling of freedom and tolerance. It improves floatation and allows effortless all-terrain riding.

MOUNTING SKINS The ski endpieces are equipped with specially designed holes to allow precise placement of skins and reduce the chance of the rear clip slipping during ascent.
CAMBER Camber describes the curve of a ski when viewed from the side. Skis with camber have a midsection that arches slightly above the snow. Depending on the length and height of the camber, it can be distinguished as traditional camber or flat camber (zero camber). Camber provides elasticity, flexibility, precision, responsiveness, good edge control, and smooth skidding.
