This Drink improves Performance by stabilising blood sugar levels and protects the body against oxidative stress thanks to vitamins C and E. It also contains BCAAs to limit muscle damage and is a source of magnesium and B vitamins. Finally, its refreshing taste makes it a pleasant Drink during your Long efforts (2h30).
Consumption :
- Consume regularly, from the start of exercise (every 5 to 10 minutes).
- Drink small quantities (1 to 2 sips at a time) to avoid digestive problems.
- Minimum durability date : 12 months after the date of Manufacture
Instructions for use :
- Dilute 40 g of powder, i.e. 2 heaped spoons (spoon supplied) in 500 ml of cold water.
- Shake well before use
- Store at room temperature, in a dry, cool and healthy place, protected from light, in its original closed packaging.
