This recovery Drink helps maintain muscle mass thanks to its proteincontent. In addition, vitamins C and E act as antioxidants, protecting your cells from oxidative stress. It is also a source of magnesium and B vitamins, helping to regenerate glycogen stocks for complete recovery after intense physical exercise.
Consumption :
- To be consumed after prolonged and/or intense exercise, no more than 2 hours after the end of exercise, and no later than 6 hours after exercise.
- Minimum durability date : 12 months after the date of Manufacture
Instructions for use :
- Dilute 60 g of powder, i.e. 3 level spoons (spoon supplied) in 300 ml of milk or cold water.
- Shake well before use
- Store at room temperature, in a dry, cool and healthy place, protected from light, in its original closed packaging.
