The Plantar Protector brand's gel Sidas insoles are gel reinforcements for the arch of the foot.

These protection pads help preventinflammation and burning sensations and, in cases where pain is already present, provide relief through improved cushioning. What's more, they are washable and reusable.

The Gel Plantar Protector is designed for walking and hiking. We do not recommend it for running races.
