The Handlebar-Pack Plus 11L Black is a handlebar briefcase from the brand Ortlieb.

This fully waterproof 11-litre briefcase will accompany you to the ends of the World. Made from resistant Cordura® fabric, it attaches easily to your bike frame and is compatible with all handlebar frames (sold separately)!
