This groundsheet covers the floor area of the tent body and the vestibules. It provides additional protection to your tent against abrasion and wear, as well as against moisture and cold from the ground. You can use this groundsheet to pitch your tent in ultralight mode by combining it with the flysheet, without the tent body.
