Designed for a comprehensive and effective workout, it incorporates seven different grips . In addition, the elastic holder can be used as a binding point for a relief elastic band (sold separately). In addition, this bar is compatible with the use of magnetic spacers (sold separately) that reduce the depth of the grips by 10 mm, offering customised progressivity.
