X-Light Adze

The X Light Adze is a mountaineering and ice climbing ice axe from the brand Camp.

Designed for mountaineering and ice climbing, this lightweight ice axe is characterised by its versatility. The modular head allows you Avional to change the configuration: the ice axe is supplied here with an adze, but you can replace it with a hammer.

It features a curved handle, made from 7075 aluminium, designed to provide both a secure grip when pulling the ice axe and excellent penetration into the snow when using the ice axe as a vertical support. In addition, it has a carabiner hole in the head that can be used with a wrist strap, whilst a leash can be attached to the tip, for example.

This new handle is adjustable to allow for several configurations : Full with two supports, with just the lower support, or without any supports for use exclusively on snow. The upper support is also adjustable and can be moved to any point along the shaft to suit your needs.
