TheInstinct VSR LV is designed for experienced to expert climbers with narrow feet who are looking for a versatile, narrow-fitting climbing shoe.
At the request of the competitors sponsored by Scarpa, the company decided to redesign the shoe with a view to producing a more flexible model. The materials used in the shoe are similar, but have been fitted to provide a more responsive feel when wearing it. The rubber on the sole has also been redesigned by using this rubber Vibram® XS Grip 2.
The fit features a buckle and Velcro an elasticated cuff that wraps snugly around the instep for maximum feel. With a more arched shape whilst remaining fairly flexible, and a slim, grooved toe, this is a truly preciseboot. The heel, which is surrounded by rubber for greater grip during hook shots and when driving to the basket, pushes very strongly forwards to provide incredible Adhesion/Grip and power.
