The Norvan LD 4 GTX M Rune Rune is a men's trail running shoe designed by Arc'teryx for long distances in the mountains.

It features a classic lacing system that provides a smooth and precise fit, with a tongue that has a pouch to secure the laces. Thanks to the waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX Invisible Fit membrane, this shoe will protect you from the elements while wicking away moisture to keep your feet dry even during prolonged exertion.

Its rubber outsole Vibram® Megagrip Litebase guarantees exceptional grip and high durability on a variety of terrains, whether dry or wet. The dual-density midsole provides excellent cushioning and support, with a height of 26 mm at the heel and 19 mm at the forefoot for optimal comfort.

Designed with a PFAS-free woven polyester upper and flexible laminated TPU reinforcements, this shoe combines lightness, abrasion resistance and protection. Its flexible external frame and moulded insole improve support and comfort. The 4 mm studs ensure effective traction on all terrains.
