Compact and easy to carry, this accessory is essential for warming up your food whilst hiking or in survival situations. Instructions for use:
- Add the required amount of cold water to the meal container and stir
- Open the lid of the jar, place the jar on a heat-resistant surface, and light the sparkler using a match or a lighter
- Open your meal packet and place it where the fire pot would normally go, using something to raise the packet (2 cups, 2 stones or similar, anything higher than the fire pot)
- Hold the packet over the heat until it starts to boil, then remove it from the flame, close the handle and leave the dish to cook for the time indicated on the packet
- When extinguishing the Gel sparkler, place the lid over the flame – do not blow on it!
