Description

The Tomir 2.0 GTX Brown/Black are trail running shoes from the brand NNormal, ideal for all your trail running sessions on rough, technical and wet terrain.

Launched in Europe in autumn–winter 2022 and in collaboration with Camper, the brand NNormal founded by the mountaineer and trail runner Kilian Jornet was created with the aim of offering you resistant and authentic products whilst staying true to the athlete’s philosophy: respecting nature whilst practising sport.

The upper is hand-stitched to the Midsole and made from a blend of polyester and TPE to ensure it is breathable, abrasion resistant and durable. Furthermore, the lacing system Tomir 2.0 GTX is asymmetrical to provide better support and reduce pressure points, whilst the laces are notched to ensure excellent hold. Add to that a fine, comfortable tongue and 5 mm Traction Lug studs with an aggressive lug pattern and exceptional stability, which provide plenty of adhesion/grip, traction and propulsion on all terrains.

EExpureIn practical terms, these Tomir 2.0 GTX shoes offer a high level of comfort and cushioning thanks to their foam midsole. Vibram® MegagripWhat’s more, you’ll enjoy exceptional grip on gravel, grass, roots and stones, thanks to the sole. Combined with lighter, slimmer technology Vibram® Litebase for excellent ground contact, it will allow you to feel the terrain and all its nuances. It will therefore be your best ally on rough and technical terrain, even in bad weather, ensuring an ever more incredible experience during your races.

Furthermore, to cope with all types of terrain, a stoneguard has been integrated into the front of the shoe, and it features a rocker construction to enhance dynamism and make running more efficient. Finally, your feet will stay dry thanks to the membrane GORE-TEX® , which insulates you from the elements and moisture.

Durable, comfortable, grippy and dynamic, it Tomir 2.0 GTX will work wonders when you’re tackling the most challenging trails, whether they’re technical or wet.

Thanks to the experience of its test athletes and the brand’s Vibram® ongoing efforts to improve grip and adhesion/grip, Vibram® Traction Lug the brand is revolutionising outdoor activities, increasing adhesion/grip by more than 25 per cent, enhancing stability and increasing the contact area by 50 per cent. Science also provides unrivalled propulsion and braking power.
EEXPURE	A new generation of foam designed specifically for trail running shoes, used with an overall heel-to-toe drop of 8 mm. The foam EExpure midsole is in direct contact with your foot, providing optimal propulsion and cushioning, reducing foot slippage inside the shoe and minimising blisters!
VIBRAM® MEGAGRIP	Vibram® Megagrip is a high-performance tyre compound that offers unrivalled grip on both wet and dry surfaces. Extremely durable, it’s the perfect solution for covering long distances – from hiking to walking, from trail running to MTB raids – whether you’re an athlete or simply a nature lover. It gives you confidence and control by maintaining the perfect balance between stability and flexibility, allowing you to adapt better to the ground.
VIBRAM® LITEBASE	Vibram® Litebase is an innovative technology designed to significantly reduce the weight of the sole by reducing the thickness of the rubber, whilst maintaining the layout and structure of the lugs, thereby delivering the same performance as a thicker sole. The technology Vibram® Litebase enables the sole thickness to be reduced by around 40 to 50 per cent, from 1.7 mm to 0.5 / 0.9 mm, depending on the type of sole, resulting in a weight reduction of 25 to 30 per cent. The substantial reduction in the thickness of the rubber does not compromise the sole’s grip, durability or the risk of cuts.
