60 days to change your mindThe Microlight Alpine Hoody W Army for women from the brand Rab is a down jacket specially designed for hiking, combining lightness and performance.
Its construction is based on a Pertex® Quantum 30D outer fabric, known for its softness, compressibility, and ability to trap air to optimise thermal insulation. This material is treated with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish without PFCs, making it water-repellent and resistant to light weather. The insulation is provided by 700 CUIN recycled down filling with a hydrophobic Grangers treatment, ensuring effective thermal insulation even in damp conditions. Its manufacture using recycled materials helps reduce water consumption and CO2 emissions.
On the practical side, this down jacket features a warm and protective hood that is nevertheless compact, a central YKK® zip with an insulated flap, articulated sleeves for optimal freedom of movement, as well as an adjustable hem and elasticated cuffs for a perfect fit. It also has zipped hand pockets, including a built-in storage pocket where the jacket can be packed down, as well as a zipped chest pocket. A clip attachment for a belay loop is integrated, emphasising its technical focus.
