Its construction is based on a main fabric in Pertex® Quantum 30D, which is soft, lightweight, and highly compressible. This technical fabric features a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish without PFCs that effectively sheds light rain and snow. The insulation is made from recycled 700 CUIN down with a Grangers hydrophobic treatment, providing excellent thermal insulation while remaining breathable. Its manufacture using recycled materials helps reduce water consumption and CO2 emissions.
Practical, this down jacket includes a warm and protective yet low-profile hood, a central YKK® zip with an insulated storm flap, articulated sleeves for optimal freedom of movement, as well as an adjustable hem and elasticated cuffs that protect against the wind. It features two zipped hand pockets, one of which doubles as a compact storage sack, and a zipped chest pocket to secure your personal items. A belay loop clip on the storage pocket makes it ideal for technical outings.
